Daniel Paes is currently a Director in Andersen’s Corporate and Commercial practice in the Barcelona office.
Daniel has more than 18 years of experience as a lawyer, during which time he has specialised in the area of commercial law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, contractual and corporate law, with extensive experience in international transactions.
He has previously worked in firms such as Garrigues and Deloitte Abogados and before that he founded his own law firm.
