Constanza López is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and M&A area of Andersen’s Madrid office.
She has more than six years of experience in which she has worked as a lawyer in Cremades & Calvo Sotelo Abogados, Unive Abogados and DWF-RCD. She has advised on corporate matters in projects such as the sale and purchase of energy assets, due diligence with special attention to sectorial regulation, company incorporations, capital increases in renewable energy projects, etc.
