Carmen March is currently a Partner in Andersen’s Corporate and M&A practice in the Valencia office.

Carmen March has a track record of over 30 years, during which she has specialised in M&A transactions and company restructurings, with extensive experience in the real estate and renewable energy sectors.

Previously, she has worked for more than 20 years at Broseta, where she has been a partner since 2013.

During her professional career, she has been director of the territorial legal advice of ONO and of the real estate developer Edival, as well as a consultant in the Directorate General for Trade of the European Commission.

In the academic field, she is a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Commercial and Corporate Law at the Catholic University of Valencia.
