Antonio Cañadas is a Partner in the Corporate and M&A department of Andersen in the Madrid office.

He has over 20 years of profesional experience, in which he was a partner at Squire Patton Boggs and previously he worked at Hammonds and Nauta Dutilh.

During his profesional career, Antonio he has specialized in the M&A area, advising a wide range of national and international companies on divestments, structural modifications and business reorganizations, as well as general corporate and commercial advice.

He has wide experience in investments by international funds in Spain, mainly in sectors such as education, industry or real estate, and advising large Spanish companies on their investments abroad. He has also been involved in advising entrepreneurs, mainly in national and international business angels and venture capital financing rounds.
