Ricardo Torres is a Partner in Andersen's Commercial Law practice in the Seville office.

Ricardo has more than 15 years' experience as a lawyer, specialising in Commercial Law, M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital.He was a founding partner of [A]CODE Abogados and partner of Zurbarán Abogados.

He has extensive experience advising venture capital funds and national and international companies and investors on their stakes in Spanish companies and investments abroad.

In the academic field, he is a lecturer on the Master's Degree in Economic, Legal and Financial Management at the Chamber of Commerce of Seville, as well as on various postgraduate programmes at the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol, where he directed the executive programme on Venture Capital, and at Loyola University.
