Rafael Vallet is a Partner in Andersen's Commercial Law and M&A department at the Barcelona office.

With more than 25 years of experience, he has solid expertise in the patronage sector and in technology companies, advising foundations, associations, non-governmental organisations and non-profit entities, mainly in private law. He also has proven experience and recognition in providing commercial advice to companies in the technology and digital sector.

He previously worked at Ernst & Young, and at the law firms Ferreras Abogados, Lener Asesores and Ceca Magán Asociados.
