Mónica Cornet is an Of Counsel at Andersen in the Corporate department of the Madrid office.

She previously worked at DLA Piper, Cuatrecasas y Stephenson Harwood, and in the legal advice of General Electric (San José, California).

Mónica has a professional experience of more than 15 years, and during this time she has specialized in Corporate, M&A and Commercial Law.

Likewise, she has an extensive experience in historical heritage law and in the art sector, as an advisor to national and international auction houses, museums, foundations, artists and collectors.

Additionally, she is a professor of Business Management and Entrepeneurship at IE Business School. Also, she is author of several articles, publications and seminars about her area of expertise.
