Jorge Cuello is currently Counsel of Andersen’s Corporate and Commercial practice in the Malaga office.
Jorge Cuello has more than 17 years‘ experience as a lawyer, during which time he has specialised in the corporate area. He has worked mainly at Garrigues, Deloitte, Martínez-Echevarría and KPMG.
He has extensive experience in financing and financial restructuring processes, structural modifications of companies, Corporate M&A, international contracts, criminal proceedings, compliance and real estate.
