Carlos Soto García
Director
Carlos Soto is a Director at Andersen and responsible for the Litigation area in the Seville office.
Previously he worked at Garrigues and was the legal director of Restalia Grupo de Eurorestauración.
Carlos Soto has participated in numerous legal proceedings, mainly in civil and commercial matters, and has extensive experience in civil liability, corporate disputes, termination and breach of contract, franchises, insolvency proceedings, intellectual property, trademark registration, advertising control and compliance.
In the academic field, he has been professor of the Master's Degree in Law at the Pablo de Olavide University and is the author of numerous articles published in different media.
