Begoña Power
Counsel
Begoña Power is Counsel at Andersen in the firm's Corporate Department in the Madrid office.
She has more than 25 years of experience. In 2008 she joined DAYA, in the Commercial Law Department, where she developed a more specialised practice in corporate transactions and restructurings, and in insolvency proceedings.
Previously, he worked at KPMG, where he specialised in Tax and Commercial Law. After ten years, she joined the Gillette Group as Legal and Tax Advisor for the Spanish and Portuguese markets, and Associate Legal Counsel for Europe and AMEE, as the lawyer responsible for these markets for one of the group's divisions.
