Adrián Benito
Senior Associate
Adrián Benito is Senior Associate in Andersen's Corporate and M&A practice in the Barcelona office, with more than ten years of experience in which he has worked as a lawyer in Cuatrecasas, Dentons and Ceca Magán.
During his professional career he has advised many companies in cross-border transactions, as well as in investments of foreign companies in Spain, within the industrial, real estate, logistics, financial, streaming and retail sectors.
He has specialized in the legal practice of Commercial, M&A, IP/IT (he is an EUIPO representative), Data Privacy and Corporate International.
He also advises several international clients in the practice of Global Mobility and the search for opportunities and business in Spain.
