Andersen offers comprehensive advice in the field of Real Estate, accompanying national and international companies in all phases of their real estate, urban planning and construction operations. The team combines a deep knowledge of the Real Estate market with legal, tax and technical expertise, which allows us to offer agile, efficient and high-quality solutions.

The area intervenes in complex transactions related to the acquisition and sale of assets, the negotiation of development and construction contracts, the structuring of investment vehicles and the legal and tax planning of projects. Andersen assists investment funds, SOCIMIs, family offices, developers, construction companies, hotel chains, tour operators and private owners, anticipating their needs and providing a strategic vision of the sector.

The complete life cycle of real estate projects is covered: due diligence, negotiation and closing of contracts, incorporation and restructuring of companies, asset financing, structuring of guarantees, as well as construction, land development and marketing contracts. The area also works closely with the tax and urban planning departments to design and execute complex investment and divestment structures, portfolio development and land projects for subsequent development.
