She specializes in providing comprehensive advice in the real estate sector for national and international clients, especially for Listed Real Estate Investment Companies (SOCIMIs).

She has experience in advising and managing negotiations in processes of acquisition and sale of assets; drafting of legal reports and Due Diligence; closing of operations; advice and management of bank loans, with or without mortgage, and drafting of all types of contracts.
