Tomás Gortázar

Tomás Gortázar is currently Of Counsel in Andersen's Employment practice in the Madrid office.
Tomás has more than 28 years of experience. He is one of the founders of DAYA and was responsible for the Labor and Employment Department since 1995, focused on advising companies and individuals.
During his professional career, he has been actively involved in industrial restructuring processes, negotiation of agreements, EREs and in particular in the restructuring process of the mining sector.
