Rocío Vivo is a Partner in Andersen's Employment Department in the Malaga office.

She has more than 15 years of experience in providing legal advice to national and international companies, both in the private and public sectors. She has developed his professional career in important law firms, with special emphasis on his time at Andersen, where she acquired solid experience in strategic advice to companies and management of complex projects in labour matters.

She has also worked in firms such as RSM, Garrigues, Alemany, Escalona & de Fuentes, and CMS Albiña & Suárez de Lezo, consolidating her career in the sector. Her specialisation includes restructuring operations linked to corporate reorganisations and production decentralisation processes, as well as legal representation of workers in electoral processes and labour litigation before the social and contentious-administrative jurisdiction.

In the academic field, she is a lecturer on the Master's Degree in Human Resources Management at the International Graduate School and has been recognised in the 2024 edition of the Best Lawyers directory.
