Rafael Perea is currently a partner in Andersen's Corporate and Commercial practice in the Malaga office.

Rafael has more than 19 years of professional experience. He specializes in commercial, digital and compliance law.

As a lawyer, he worked for 10 years at Garrigues and was a founding partner of Savia Abogados. He also created Ebísum Legaltech, a compliance technology platform (whistleblower channel, risk management and compliance training) and is secretary of the board of numerous companies.

In the academic field, he has been a professor at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICADE, the Universidad Internacional de Andalucía and EADE, and is currently an associate professor in the area of commercial law at the Universidad de Málaga.
