Pedro Mann is a Director at Andersen and head of the insolvency department of the Valencia office.

Previously, he was a partner of Soler & Mann Abogados, a law firm he founded in 2009, integrated in the law firm Sanz & Soler Mann Legal & Tax. Likewise, since 2018, he has been a partner of Summa Iuris Concursal S.L.P., a company dedicated to insolvency administration. He has also worked in the law firm Estudio Jurídico Ferrer Abogados, where he developed his work as a lawyer for a large insurance company.

Lawyer and mediator, he is a specialist in bankruptcy, civil and criminal litigation, and has more than 14 years of professional experience specializing in these areas.

In the insolvency area, throughout his career he has participated in more than 100 insolvency proceedings, both of individuals and legal entities, as an instant lawyer, being appointed insolvency administrator since 2015, by different courts throughout the national territory.

Along with his experience in the insolvency area, Pedro Mann also practices as a Civil and Commercial mediator, being registered in the Registry of Mediators of the Ministry of Justice.

He frequently participates in seminars, colloquiums and conferences on insolvency matters.
