Miguel Hernández has over 20 years of experience in tax advice, with a solid track record in assisting Spanish companies in their internationalisation processes, as well as foreign companies in their establishment and development of activities in Spain. His practice also includes providing ongoing tax advice to multinational groups, both in planning and complying with their tax obligations in the context of complex corporate structures.

Throughout his career, he has advised clients from various sectors, with a particular focus on mining, where he has participated in corporate restructuring, group reorganization and tax optimization of activities.
