Miguel Ángel Apresa is Director in the Public and Regulatory area of Andersen's Seville office.

He has more than 10 years of experience. During this time, he has advised companies, individuals and public sector entities in various areas of administrative law, including urban planning, environment, ports, coasts, energy, water, public aid and subsidies, public procurement, mining, roads, waste, pharmacy, consumer and domestic trade, as well as sanctioning procedures and asset liability.

In addition, he has been involved in the issuance of legal opinions and reports and has carried out due diligence processes in various areas of administrative law, with a particular focus on urban planning issues.
