Marcos Mas is currently a partner in the Public and Regulatory Law department of the Barcelona office.

With a degree in Law from the Abad Oliva University, with more than 25 years of experience in the field of public law.

Throughout his professional career, he has practised as a State Lawyer and also as an in-house lawyer, representing and advising both public administrations and entities and private companies.

As a State Lawyer, he has focused his professional practice on legal advice and litigation in matters related to public procurement, compulsory expropriation, service and public domain concessions, licences and authorisations, both general and sectorial, among others. He was a member of the Provincial Jury of Compulsory Expropriation and Secretary of the Regional Economic Administrative Court of Catalonia.

He also held the post of Director General of Advisory Services of the Legal Office of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

In the academic field, he has participated in various monographs and collective works on public law and is a regular speaker at professional associations and universities.
