Mar Guardiola Linde is currently a Director in the Tax department of the Valencia office.

Previously, she was a Senior Associate at Deloitte Legal in the VAT, Customs, Excise and Environmental Tax department, and previously has experience in the industrial ceramics sector and in the port logistics sector, developing her work in the area of customs, international trade and logistics.

Mar Guardiola has nearly 20 years of experience, specialising in indirect taxation.

Throughout her professional career, she has participated and coordinated projects in the field of international trade, customs, excise, environmental and export control, advising relevant national and multinational companies in the compliance and optimisation of their international trade processes and in the design and implementation of special schemes and regimes.

He has extensive experience in advising on litigation and tax inspections in relation to customs and excise legislation. He has also participated in various due diligence works on customs and excise processes, as well as in many projects to obtain and revaluate the status of Authorised Economic Operator.
