Lamberto Samper is currently Of Counsel in the Valuation Services area of Andersen in the Valencia office.

He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector, developing his professional career in the field of valuation of financial instruments and organised financial markets.

During his professional career, he has acted as a financial analyst at Intermediarios Financieros AVB, has been a member of the Board of Directors of Operadora del Mercado Eléctrico (OMEL), assistant to the Chairman of CM Capital Markets and assistant to the General Manager of Índice Multimedia.

He has also been General Manager of the Sociedad Rectora del Mercado de Futuros de Cítricos and General Manager of the Sociedad Rectora del Mercado de Futuros del Aceite de Oliva.

In 2006 he founded ACTA Finance, a financial boutique specialising in company and business plan valuations, purchase price allocation (PPA) processes, power generation assets, intangibles and impairment testing.
