José Miguel Soriano is a partner in Andersen’s Litigation, Insolvency and Arbitration practice and director of the Malaga office.

Previously he worked at Garrigues and Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo.

José Miguel specialises in Procedural Law and Insolvency Law, both as a lawyer for insolvent companies, creditors and as an Insolvency Administrator. He has extensive experience in judicial and arbitration proceedings, in which he has advised large companies in the banking, technology and construction sectors, amongst others.

He also has a great trajectory in litigations derived from the commission of crimes and civil illicit in Internet and he has participated in numerous matters of public nature and negotiation with the Administration, as well as promoter of numerous sectorial projects in the world of the law.

In the academic field, he is a professor of Constituional Law in the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and he is the autor of a number of articles and publications.
