José Martínez is a Director in the Litigation, Restructuring Arbitration department of the Valencia office of Andersen. 

He previously worked at Olleros Abogados and at several law firms mainly focused on litigation and corporate law, with a strong international vocation.

José Martínez is a litigation and corporate law expert. In the commercial law field, he has extensive knowledge of Contract law, as well as in civil liability, both contractual and extracontractual, and unfair competition. He has significant experience in drafting and negotiating contracts on a broad spectrum of matters including the international sale of goods, international transport and related contracts, leases, loans, services, collaboration agreements (mandates, brokerage, commission, agency, distribution, outsourcing, etc.), insurances, etc.

He has a strong track record in the Litigation field, having achieved a large number of favorable resolutions.
