Iolanda Latorre is Counsel in the Commercial Department of Andersen in the Barcelona office. She specialises in the fields of Sports Law and Compliance.

She has more than 31 years of professional experience, both in the private sector and in public administration, during which she has advised sports sector entities on legal management, regulatory compliance programmes, data protection, administrative law and obligations. She advises organisations, associations, clubs and companies on all aspects of their day-to-day activities, as well as on the sporting events they organise and the contracts they need for each activity they carry out.

Throughout her career, she has held various management positions, including that of manager of the Institut Barcelona Esports. In 2015 she founded her own firm and has led projects related to regulatory compliance and legal management for sports organisations, as well as creating technological solutions to facilitate access to this type of advice. She currently serves as secretary of compliance committees in federations, clubs and sports companies; she is a member of the Board of Directors of the Esade Alumni Sports Business Club and coordinates the sports sector of PIMEC.

She has participated as a lecturer in forums and training sessions on sports compliance in collaboration with organisations such as the World Compliance Association and various universities, and has published articles and specialised guides on the subject.
