Ilaria Foni is a Senior Associate at Andersen in the Litigation Department of the Madrid office.

She previously worked at DA Lawyers until joining Andersen in 2021.

Ilaria advises on a recurring basis domestic and foreign companies and entrepreneurs, mainly in the industrial, manufacturing, retail, medical and services sectors in both civil law and public procurement. Ilaria is also an expert in the negotiation of agreements and contracts.

Her clients include large multinational corporations to whom she provides recurring advice on both civil law and public procurement. She is also an expert in the negotiation of agreements and contracts.

Ilaria represents her clients before the courts in civil, commercial and administrative proceedings and, for the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Madrid (CCIS), she actively contributes to its activities with the aim of assisting Italian companies in Spain.
