Ignacio Herrero is currently a senior associate in the Madrid office's litigation department.

He specialises in complex civil and commercial litigation in a wide range of areas and sectors (e.g. construction, energy, automotive, industrial, real estate, banking, finance, securities, brands and competition).

He has extensive experience in disputes arising from commercial transactions (acquisition transactions, agreements and shareholders' agreements, private equity transactions, joint ventures, etc.), corporate transactions (mergers, challenges to corporate resolutions, liability actions, etc.), as well as atypical contracts and other legal transactions of a complex nature.

He previously worked at Deloitte Legal and Grupo Broseta.
