Ignacio del Barrio is a Director in Andersen's Litigation, Insolvency and Arbitration department in the Madrid office.
With over 15 years of experience, he specialises in civil litigation and arbitration, advising and representing national and international clients in highly complex court and arbitration proceedings.
During his professional career, he has been involved in significant disputes and litigation in the areas of commercial contracts, construction projects and corporate conflicts, standing out for his ability to manage strategic litigation and his technical and rigorous approach. His commitment to professional excellence and ethics allows him to approach each case with the utmost dedication and focus on results.
Ignacio del Barrio combines his professional activity with a strong academic vocation. He is a lecturer on the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at ESERP and actively participates in training initiatives such as the Moot Court at the Carlos III University of Madrid, as well as in legal public speaking programmes. His teaching focuses on transferring his practical experience to new generations of lawyers, particularly in the field of procedural law and arbitration.
