Fernando Yélamos is currently Of Counsel in the Employment area of Andersen in the Seville office.
Fernando has more than 45 years of professional experience. In 1975 he constituted and directed the legal department of the Central Sindical Unión General de Trabajadores, from where he intervened in multiple and varied labor law matters, both individual and collective.
In 1978, he founded his own law firm, where he has developed his entire professional career, defending companies in legal-business matters for companies from different sectors and activities, throughout Spain and internationally.
In particular, he has assisted companies such as banks and savings banks, vineyards in Jerez and mining companies in Huelva, manufacturers of construction materials, soap and detergent factories, pharmaceutical distribution, municipal water companies, hotel and catering companies, agricultural, automotive and journalistic companies, etc.
For the last five years, he has been a member of the Advisory Council of Andalusia, which is the highest advisory body of the Governing Council and the Administration of the Andalusian Regional Government.
In the academic field, he has been a professor at different institutions such as the University of Seville, the Pablo Olavide University and the Cajasol Institute of Legal and Business Studies.
