Fernando Redondo is currently Of Counsel in the Litigation area in the Barcelona office.

He has more than 25 years' experience as a lawyer, specialising in procedural law, insolvency and pre-insolvency law, restructuring and directors' liability.

Throughout his professional career, he has specialised in insolvency and pre-insolvency situations, corporate restructuring, directors' and officers' liability, acquisition of companies and assets of companies in crisis, as well as debt refinancing.

He also has extensive experience as an insolvency administrator and commercial mediator and has been appointed as insolvency administrator for more than 100 insolvency proceedings since 2008 in Barcelona, Girona, Tarragona and Madrid, gaining experience with the courts and local advisors to optimise the processes.

In the academic field, in his teaching career, he has obtained two accreditations as Professor of Procedural Law at University and has written monographs, doctrinal articles and book chapters in collective works on insolvency law and procedural law. He is also a regular speaker at Professional Associations and Universities.
