Federico Pérez is currently Partner of the Litigation Law area of ​​Andersen in the Madrid office.

Previously, he was Partner of the Litigation and Public Sector department of DA Lawyers from 2014 until the integration at Andersen in July 2021.

Within business law, he specializes in the legal direction of highly complex judicial and arbitration proceedings in civil and corporate matters, defending large national and foreign companies belonging to a wide variety of sectors.

He also has extensive experience in the resolution of administrative procedures and contentious-administrative appeals related to business activity.

He has been recognized in the Best Lawyers directory since 2016, is a tutor and mentor at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and arbitrator at the Arbitration Court for the Madrid BAR Association (ICAM).
