Enrique Gómez is currently Director of Andersen's Litigation Department in the Malaga office.

He has more than 11 years' experience as a lawyer in the field of business law, specialising in commercial litigation -corporate disputes, directors' liability, sale and purchase of companies-, civil litigation -in contractual matters, among others-, as well as insolvency law, debt refinancing and bankruptcy proceedings.

He provides legal advice, both in pre-litigation and litigation phases, having assisted numerous national and international companies, acting as legal counsel in civil, commercial and insolvency proceedings, as well as in arbitration proceedings.

Previously, he has developed his professional career as a lawyer in firms such as Russell Bedford, Ejaso ETL GLOBAL, and MTA Legal - as a partner in the litigation area.
