Emma Muñoz
Partner
Emma Muñoz is a partner in Andersen's litigation department.
She has more than 25 years' experience in civil and procedural law. She has a solid track record in advising companies in insolvency proceedings in the real estate, insurance and concessionary sectors, among others.
She began her professional career at Roca Junyent Abogados, where she was part of the litigation department for 18 years. In 2018 she joined Montero Aramburu as head of the civil and litigation department.
In the academic field, she teaches postgraduate courses and has been participating as an arbitrator for several years in the MOOT Madrid International Arbitration Competition of the Carlos III University of Madrid.
