César Morales is a Partner at Andersen in the Madrid office and responsible for the Real Estate departmment. 

Previously, he was Partner in charge of the Real Estate department at DA Lawyers until their integration in Andersen in July 2021.

He has extensive experience in advising on major real estate transactions in the retail, logistics, office and residential markets. 

Among his clients are hotels, large listed companies, Family Offices and Socimis to which he advises on the drafting and negotiation of all types of real estate contracts or the performance of legal due diligence. 

In addition, César Morales leads the legal management of judicial and arbitration proceedings, as well as legal advice on real estate asset management. 

He is recognized in the prestigious international legal directory Legal 500, and is also an Arbitrator of the Spanish Society of Arbitration and the Arbitration Council for the rental of the Community of Madrid.
