Borja Echegoyen has a track record of more than 13 years, during his professional career he has specialised in advising national and international clients on a wide range of transactional matters, with a particular focus on corporate law, coordination of multi-jurisdictional due diligences, drafting of SPAs and shareholders’ agreements, international redomiciliations of companies, mergers and acquisitions, as well as assistance in complex commercial contracts.
