Alejandro Barrachina is a Senior Associate at Andersen in the Tax Department of the Valencia office.​

He previously worked at Ernst & Young, Baker & Mckenzie and Cuatrecasas as a Tax Advisor, and has a track record of more than 15 years.​

Specialising in the taxation of business operations, he advises clients on the tax structuring of investments and divestments, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganisations.​

In addition, he has in-depth knowledge of wealth planning, helping family businesses, high net worth individuals and investors to optimise their tax structure and ensure efficiency in the generational transmission of wealth.​

He is also an expert in real estate taxation, providing advice on the acquisition, development and management of real estate assets, as well as on investment vehicles, project financing and compliance with the sector's specific tax obligations.​

Alejandro Barrachina has also been a professor in the Master's Degree in Tax Consultancy at the Universidad Católica de Valencia, specifically in the Indirect Taxes module, for more than four years.
