Victoria Caldevilla is a partner in the Labor and Employment Law area in the Madrid office.

Previously, she was a partner at DA Lawyers since 2008, when she joined the firm from Caldevilla Asociados, where she was also a partner.

She has more than 30 years of experience in which she has advised companies on collective bargaining, including employment regulation proceedings, collective bargaining agreements and modification of conditions, as well as in the development and monitoring of equality plans.

Her clients include large companies in the financial and industrial sectors, to which he provides advice both in large transactions and on a regular basis.

In addition, in the professional field, she is a member of the National Association of Labor Lawyers (ASNALA) and the Association of International Mobility Experts (AIAL) as well as the Board of Directors of the Spanish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce as Secretary.

She is recognized in the legal directories Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Best Lawyers.
