Silvia Perea es Socia del área de Servicios Legales Alternativos (NewLaw) en la oficina de Andersen en Barcelona.

With more than 20 years of experience, she is recognised as one of the pioneers in NewLaw and in the provision of alternative legal services in Spain. In 2011, she founded Abroading, the country’s first Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP), which she co-directed until joining Andersen, promoting outsourcing models, operational efficiency and legal process management at scale. Her practice focuses on designing and implementing solutions that combine methodology, technology and legal operations — including managed services, contract lifecycle management and workflow automation — to provide cost predictability, speed of execution and improved customer experience.

Her track record has positioned her as a market leader, with recognition from Chambers & Partners in Band 1 — the highest level — in the NewLaw Guide. She regularly collaborates with legal departments and compliance areas on transformation projects, document standardisation and KPI measurement, as well as on the integration of ALSP capabilities into in-house teams and law firms.

At Andersen, she leads the development and integration of alternative legal services across different practice areas, promoting new lines of business and strategic alliances.
