Silvia del Saz is an Of Counsel at Andersen for Public and Regulatory Law in the Madrid and Sevilla offices.

Silvia del Saz is Professor of Administrative Law at the National Distance Education University UNED, and she was an attorney of the Constitutional Court.

In her professional career, she worked as a lawyer at Garrigues and in the public field she was the Director General for Land Policies of the Regional Government of Madrid.

In the academic field, she was lecturer in Administrative Law at the UNED, Secretary-General of this university and counsel at the Council of Universities. Furthermore, she was lecturer at ‘Centro de Estudios Garrigues’ and at the Spanish General Council of the Judiciary.

Silvia del Saz has published a remarkable number of articles and monographic publications and she has also participated in drafting of a number of collectives publications.
