Salvador Ruiz Menacho is a Partner in Andersen’s Employment Law department at the Malaga office.

He has over 34 years of professional experience specialising in collective labour relations and trade unions, as well as criminal employment law, particularly in the area of workplace accidents.

Throughout his career, he has provided collective and trade union advice to large companies, playing a prominent role in corporate restructuring, redundancy plans (ERE and ERTE) and internal and external flexibility processes, in both the social and commercial and insolvency fields. He has also led negotiation and integration processes for companies in the healthcare and industrial sectors.
