Oihane Inchausti is currently a Partner in the Employment Law Department at Andersen’s Bilbao office.

Oihane has over 20 years of specialised experience advising national and international companies on matters such as collective and individual bargaining, managing redundancies and redundancy plans, and legal defence before the labour and administrative courts.

In addition to her extensive career, she has participated in corporate transactions (including labour and social security audits) and has solid knowledge of equality plans, harassment protocols and measures to protect the LGTBI community.
