Miguel Prado is a Partner in the Corporate department at the Madrid office of Andersen.

Previously, Miguel Prado has been Director of the Regulatory & Compliance area at Deloitte Legal and, previously, lawyer of the same area at Linklaters and KPMG Abogados

He specialises in legal and regulatory advice to national and foreign credit institutions, credit finance companies, payment institutions, investment service companies and collective investment institutions.

He also has extensive experience in regulatory advice on cross-border transactions, authorisation procedures for entities and cross-border structures. Within the Fintech sector, Prado has advised different players and new operators belonging to the lending and payment media sector when adapting to the applicable regulations.

Recognised by the Chambers Europe directory in the area of Banking & Finance and the Best Lawyers directory in recent years in the area of Compliance & Corporate Governance, Miguel also collaborates as a lecturer at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) and is a regular lecturer in the full time Masters in access to the legal profession.
