María Zarzalejos García is Director at Andersen in the Corporate Department of the Madrid office.

Maria specializes in Data Protection, Digital Business and IT compliance matters. She provides advice on commercial and regulatory aspects, including the preparation and negotiation of contracts, advice on the protection of personal data and privacy including defense in proceedings before the Spanish Data Protection Agency, mergers and acquisitions with technological components, consumer law and e-commerce. 

During her professional career, María has served both domestic and international companies as well as associations, public entities and holdings, acting in numerous relevant sectors (pharma and medical devices, insurance companies, financial services, infrastructure and public works, telecommunications, energy, investment and research projects, transport, retail, amongst others).
