José Ignacio de los Riscos
Counsel
José Ignacio de los Riscos is Counsel in the Employment Law Department at the Malaga office.
He has over 20 years of professional experience as a solicitor specialising in individual employment law, advising large companies, subcontracting and subrogation processes, as well as workplace accidents. Throughout his career, he has accumulated extensive experience in labour litigation and in providing legal support to large companies.
Between 2022 and 2024, he was a member of the Governing Board of the Malaga Bar Association, of which he is a member.
