Jesús Mardomingo is a Partner in the Commercial Law Department at Andersen’s Madrid office.
He has over 25 years’ experience in providing corporate advice to financial institutions and public administrations on commercial and regulatory matters and on various types of corporate transactions affecting credit institutions, insurance companies and investment services companies.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in complex transactions requiring in-depth knowledge of the financial sector, combining regulatory advice with the structuring of large-scale transactions.
His experience has enabled him to accompany clients in processes of transformation and adaptation to national and international regulatory frameworks. Jesús Mardomingo is recognised Chambers Global and Chambers Europe Guides in Banking and Finance Law and also appears in directories such as IFLR, Expert Guides and Legal 500 in the areas of Banking and Finance, Investment Funds, Commercial Law and M&A.
He is the author of several collective works, a regular contributor to the financial press and regularly publishes doctrinal articles on his area of expertise. He is also a lecturer and director of the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and the Specialisation Programme in Financial Markets at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB), and participates as a speaker in specialised courses and seminars.
