The Dispute Resolution Department of Andersen advises on all types of proceedings in civil and commercial matters, at all levels and before all courts.
Our litigation practice covers a broad range of issues, including commercial and contractual disputes, construction, real estate, financial disputes, commercial agency agreements, distribution and supply, and contractual and extra-contractual civil liability.
We seek efficient out-of-court solutions. However, we have extensive experience in litigation at all levels of the Spanish judicial system and in national and international arbitration proceedings defending our clients’ interests as and when necessary.
We also advise distressed companies, as well as banks and other creditors in relation to all insolvency issues, including pre-insolvency corporate restructuring.
