Jorge de Gorría is currently a partner in Andersen’s Real Estate practice in the Malaga office.

He has extensive experience in providing legal advice on commercial and corporate law, in company purchase and sale transactions, mergers and corporate reorganizations, venture capital transactions, joint venture agreements and commercial contracts in general.

During his career, he has advised clients in real estate law, in investment and disinvestment transactions in assets and in the development and promotion of projects for investment funds, development companies and private investors, both residents and non-residents.

He has spent part of his professional career at Garrigues and Cuatrecasas, and has been partner in charge of the commercial area at Martínez-Echevarría Abogados in Marbella and the Costa del Sol.

In the academic field, he is an honorary collaborator of the Department of Private Law of the University of Malaga and a regular lecturer of commercial practice in the Master’s Degree in Law and in the Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy of the University of Malaga.
