Javier Rubio is Counsel at Andersen in the firm’s Corporate department in the Madrid office.
He has more than 16 years of professional experience as a lawyer in the Restructuring, Insolvency and Special Situations area of Uría Menéndez, and as Counsel since 2018.
He specialises in business crisis situations due to insolvency problems.
He was a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
