Antonio Ballester has wide experience in corporate group restructurings on a domestic and international level; tax aspects of family businesses; succession planning, donations and wealth tax. He has advised on a number of company sales and M&A transactions, as well as conducting tax Due Diligences. Furthermore, he also has experience in transfer pricing and in proceedings before the Tax Authorities.
