Pedro Apalategui

Pedro Apalategui is Of Counsel at Andersen in the Litigation Department of the Malaga office.
He has a long professional career as a criminal law lawyer, in which he has been a founding partner of the firm Apalategui Abogados and in which he has participated in defences and accusations in highly complex criminal matters, being involved in numerous appeals before the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, always in the field of criminal jurisdiction.
In December 2014, the Plenary of the General Council of Lawyers awarded him the Medal for Merit in the Service of the Spanish Legal Profession.
